Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer base: Precasters (Precast and Prestressed producers).
  • Maintain and grow sales to existing customers.
  • Learn CONAC products and their applications.
  • Develop new sales opportunities by presenting CONAC products to engineers, plant managers, and buyers.
  • Travel inside the region to visit customers.
  • Attend regional and national industry events organized by PCI and NPCA and their chapters.

Education & Experience: 3 plus years of sales experience in the precast/prestress industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong presentation, phone and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Social media savvy, LinkedIn.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to travel.
