FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Up to 20 hours per week.
Provide supportive services for advertising and sponsorship administrative tasks. Assists in the execution of sales & advertising projects. Drafts communications and prepares contracts and work orders necessary for advertisements, publications, etc. Helps maintain all prospect files, including research as necessary to aid in building prospect lists. Works closely with Supervisor to establish weekly prioritization of projects, meet/exceed deadlines, and report accordingly. Works closely with each department to maintain a flow of communication with staff.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service by receiving and responding to requests from members for information and assistance via email and phone.
- Manage advertising and sponsorship sales process and help monitor deadlines through proactive communication and organization.
- Assist with coordination of sponsorship deliverables, signage, and Premier Partner recognition.
- Communicate with advertising/sponsorship representatives regarding deadlines, new promotions, materials, and reminders.
- Maintains contracts and exhibitor data.
- Collects Logos; Maintains vendor logo file.
- Supports drafting of relevant communications
- Processes Contracts
- Assists director with collection of payments and fulfillment of partner benefits.
- Monitor and update Premier Partner listings and exhibit and sponsorship logos on the website.
- Assistance in other sponsorship, exhibitor, or event related tasks may be required.
Other Functions / Responsibilities:
- Provide additional support to membership-related initiatives and projects as requested.

Bonus Skills
- Advertising/sponsorship sales experience and/or association experience
