UMass Student Visit to Unistress 09/13/2022

Students in class visited Unistress Corporation to observe and understand the fabrication process of precast/prestressed concrete components. The visit included an overview of prestressed concrete applications delivered by the PCI NE Regional Director, an overview of the business sector and practices used by Unistress delivered by Unistress’ COO, and a brief presentation of how precast construction drawings are prepared, and a plant tour guided by personnel from Unistress.
