Abstract
This recommended practice defines methods of strand bond testing and a design methodology that can be consistently applied by precast concrete producers, strand manufacturers, structural designers, owners, and their representatives. This document also includes extensive commentary, which is presented in italic type following the sections to which it applies, and two examples of its application.
