Registration Policies

The PCI Committee Days and Membership Conference is open to all PCI members. You are not required to serve on a committee or council, however you must be a member in good standing to register and attend. If you are a non-member and are interested in joining PCI, please contact membership@pci.org.

Guests and Spouses

A guest is defined as: An accompanying person who is a family member, spouse or partner of a registered attendee and who is NOT directly involved in the precast concrete industry. Guests must be registered for the conference or have a ticket to the following meal functions:

  • Daily morning and afternoon breaks
  • Welcome Reception - Wednesday
  • Networking Lunch - Thursday
  • Concrete Chefs - Thursday
  • Membership Lunch – Friday

Code of Conduct

Registration and attendance at the event constitutes the registrant's acceptance of the following  Code of Conduct. Any breach of these rules may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. For more information, see the full Code of Conduct.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.

Cancellations/Refunds

All registration cancellations received in writing by September 26, 2018 will be fully refunded (minus a $25 administrative fee) within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty.

Payment

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from PCI Events. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
