On this page you can obtain a printable form that you can fill out and fax to PCI (312/786-0353) to begin the process of becoming a member.
Any individual members for whom the sum of chronological age and total years of PCI membership equals or exceeds 90, who has applied for lifetime membership status, and upon whom such status has been conferred by the Board of Directors. Lifetime members shall retain all of the benefits of the membership category to which they last belonged, but shall pay no membership dues.
