2012 PCI Zone Meetings
PCI has discontinued its traditional Zone Meetings.
The two key components of a Zone Meeting in the past have been (1) the nomination of a Zone Director and (2) the PCI Member Roundtable. In many cases, this has not been sufficient content to drive good attendance for these meetings as standalone events. Our decision to discontinue Zone Meetings addresses this fact while reducing time and expense for PCI members.
The PCI Member Roundtable is a summary of PCI news and activities presented by one or more senior members of the PCI Staff, followed by questions and open discussion reflecting the specific interests and concerns of the participants. It is generally viewed as a highly beneficial activity.
Going forward, PCI Member Roundtables will be included in the agendas of selected Regional Affiliate meetings, and the PCI Zone Director nomination process will in most cases be conducted electronically, or by conference call.
